There are many factors involved in determining price. We consider your home’s size, condition, location, your needs and preferences, the number of occupants, presence of pets, and frequency of cleaning. We custom price each home and provide you with a price quote during our free, no obligation consultation.

The cost is based on the time spent inside your home.  For our first visit, we usually need more time to deep clean certain areas of your home so that we can maintain that standard of cleaning with each subsequent visit.


Payments are due at the time of service. Payments will be accepted in the form of online payment via PayPal, cash, or check (Please make all checks payable to cash, Evangelina or Spotless Cleaning Services only). Please have your preferred method to payment in a sealed envelope. Tips are optional and can be included in the total amount on the check.

  • There is a $35.00 fee for all returned checks.


If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancelled appointments. Once I take a reservation, I hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your timeframe.


Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, I cannot offer a refund to our customers. However, I want you to be 100% satisfied that is why I offer a 24 hours guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please contact me within 24 hours of you cleaning and I will return to re-clean the area/areas you are dissatisfied with no additional cost to you.

Our employees are very important to us, and we are very serious about keeping them safe, so they do not move anything heavier than 35 lbs. These types of activities put our employees in danger of back injury or could even damage your flooring. If you would like us to clean behind appliances like a refrigerator, oven or sofa, please move it prior to the cleaning to allow access to the desired area.

Please make sure our cleaning team has access to your home on cleaning day. Most of our customers provide us with a key. Customers’ keys are secured and are not attached to any name, address or other identifying information.

If your home is equipped with an alarm system, please be sure it is in an off or unarmed position prior to our arrival.

We are pet friendly but appreciate your help in making sure pets are secured and safe on cleaning days. Make us aware of any special requirements in safeguarding your pets.
